Stem Bag Mounting Instructions

1. Decide which side you want to mount the bag (left or right of your bicycle’s stem).
2. Open the two velcro loops in the bag’s top webbing. Secure the loops around the corresponding attachment points on the bike (two yellow boxes in below photo):
   1. Rear velcro loop attaches to your handlebar.
   2. Side velcro loop attaches to your stem.*
3. At the bottom of the bag, girth hitch the bungee around your bike’s head tube. If necessary, tighten for a snugger fit.

* If your stem is too narrow for the 1” velcro, girth hitch the spare bungee cinch instead

 

Top velcro attachment - (shown mounted left of the stem)

 

Bottom bungee attachment.

1. Thread the bungee through one side of your bag’s bottom webbing. Use the side closest to your head tube.
2. Girth hitch the bungee around your bike’s head tube, as in the below photo.
3. If necessary, pull some bungee through the cord lock to tighten the loop.
